Telford Millennium Community Phase 2

JRUD was retained by Taylor Wimpey to carry out the detailed masterplan for Phase 2. This area comprises a challenging topogrpahy as well as sensitive ecological and environmental features. The character of Phase 2 is determined by the original masterplan and involves considerable tree planting. A consultation process took place with residents from Phase 1 which resulted in refinements in the plan and architecture for Phase 2. The essential character of Phase 1 has been continued and some 85 dwellings are being built including new typologies.
